OSM launches unique high-school nanosatellite building program

Feb 3, 2021

On February 3d 2020 took place the first session  of OSM’s Z-SAT program.

Teams of young students aged 13-17 from 3 Monaco schools (FANB, Lycée Charles III and International School of Monaco) attend weekly sessions taught by OSM’s engineers combining presentations with practical work and experiments, to prepare them to build a 1U nanosatellite that will later be launched into orbit.

Initially sponsored by Heritage Group, Venturi, CFM Indosuez and Atlantys Investors, this comprehensive program for high school students, first of its kind in the world, will hopefully inspire some careers.
